The fifth biennial Living Lake Symposium

Wednesday November 18

FIELD TRIP

Leaving Lincoln at 11am and travelling to Ngati Moki Marae at Taumutu for a mihi whakatau.  After lunch visit some of the practical projects underway around the lake, returning to Lincoln by 5pm for refreshments and networking.  Places are limited.

Thursday November 19

PRESENTATIONS

At Lincoln University from 9am, the focus is on what is already being achieved, with an overview of governance and management and updates on land and water, flora and fauna, recreation, the local economy and cultural health.

The 2015 ‘State of the Lake’ report will be included in the symposium pack available on November 19.

Fees have been kept to a minimum:
